Pretest

e~~~好似輕咗d, 騙人的吧!!



早餐是egg and mayo三文治, 特別用咗light既mayo, 只係食咗半份



Mr. Chan話要去library, 見停咗雨suggest走路去, 由屋企行去九龍圖書館, 約20mins啦, 都算係運動吧!



午餐個陣勁肚餓, 因朝早食咗半份三文治嘛, 返到屋企拿拿聲煮咗一大碗肉碎粟米撈奶油麵, 重手咗, 好咸tim...



嗶! 不得了, 今晚晚餐豐富, 我既防線守唔到, 最後...我食咗兩大碗飯, 飲咗三大碗湯, 飯後仲食咗半個芒果tim.



總括來講, 今日節食行動係徹底失敗既, 嘿! 我明天再努力. 叻叻不知進行成點???

要跟我的最愛farewell了, 飲剩半枝, 算係咁...heheee

只係節食不太work吧, 所以走咗去supermarket, 買咗一大堆野. 明天開始要跟老麥, 吉吉家 & 燒味飯盒 say "BYE BYE" lu.
